Freebie Cut File!!!

I've been playing again :)  This time I made a Lacey Scallop Circle   This could be used as a mat behind a circle with the 'lacy' portion showing... It could also be used as a flower!  What else can you dream up?  I'd love to see!

Files come in the following formats:  mtc, svg, studio, eps, and single png.
