I Like You a Latte

Hello my friends  Can I just say that I am sooooo appreciative of you and your love and support? You know 'those' days that pop up sometimes? Well, I've been having a couple of them in a row!!! I'm tired of the hassle and frustration that goes along with it - grrrrr... So when I can come and talk with you awhile it helps :) I'll just have to stay in my HAPPY place from now on lol!

Today I'd like to share a 'double card' with you. It didn't start out as a 'double' but kinda evolved into one! I began with Regina's Got Coffee Printable Stamp Set @ The Cutting Cafe. She's got the BEST files and very reasonably priced with Cyber Monday deals each week. If you love cutting files with coordinating images (like I do!) The Cutting Cafe is worth your while to check out!!!

This is one of the coffee cups from the printable stamp set which I turned into a 'card' by itself (using Silhouette Software) and then adhering it onto a card base :)

I also took the heart that originally was in the right corner of the coffee cup and turned it into a cut out so I could bling it up. The circle sentiment is included in the Got Coffee Printable Stamp Set, and the tag sentiment is from the Coffee Cup Holder Set.

CUTE!!! Here's a closeup of the sweet digi paper from the Spring Whimsy Paper Mini collection from Scrap Girls. I thought it was the perfect base for the adorable sentiment :)

I printed this tag on one of the digi papers from Lori Whitlock's Sweet Memories paper pack which is layered on another digi paper from Scrap Girls Spring Whimsy Paper Mini. The heart (from the coffee cup) was added to the tag.

This would be cute with a little pocket inside the coffee cup... maybe to hold a gift card for someone special!

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
Paper Crafting Journey - Anything Goes
Bearly-Mine Challenge - Lucky Dip (lace, die cuts, gems)

Thanks for stopping by!!! Come back tomorrow when I'll show you a fun School Theme card using a cute image from The Paper Shelter :)

May God bless you, keep you and comfort your soul~

For the Love of Music AND Some Exciting News!!!

Hi lovely friends ♥  It's been a little while since my last post!  Lots going on here as usual... Last Saturday we enjoyed a day retreat with the girls :)  I love my guys, but there's nothing like spending some quality girl time!!!

This Saturday we are holding a Women of Faith simulcast at church.  It's been quite a few years since I've attended one of these events.  I am soooo excited to see what God might do throughout this day!!!  My sweet hubby is gonna be our Chef - he cooks up a mean bbq chicken :)

Please think about us as we gather together for the entire day... Worship will be with Matthew West ♥.

So... speaking about music... what kind of music do you like?  I'm actually not sure that I have a particular style I prefer, but I do love all kinds of Christian music.  There's nothing like lifting up praises to our LORD ♥.

My post today is two-fold:  Music Maestro is the theme of this week's challenge at The Paper Shelter, and I have very exciting news to share with you about the cutting file I used on today's card.  So let's get started!!!

This is the sweet image I used for my card. She's called Cecilia. I couldn't resist adding Stickles on her eyelids :)  I cut her out using my Silhouette!!!

Isn't this a great MUSIC shaped card?  When I saw it at The Cutting Cafe, I knew it was perfect for this challenge!  It comes with the notes as well :)  I just adore Regina's cutting files.  More about that later...

Print, Cut or Print & Cut!!!

Yay...it's Friday!!!  The weekend with my jammies sounds soooo good right now! I can't wait to play again with my copics and color color color : )  Well, I might throw in some digital play time as well.  I've been having so much fun creating cut files!  This time I had my Silhouette Designer's Edition open, so I created these fun Springtime Bingo Cards!  Oh... I can't wait to make 'em into a super cute card : )

With the download link, you can choose the printable sheet which is a .png or .pdf file, or you can choose the .studio file to print and cut - or both!!!

I left the middle square blank intentionally.  I thought it would be cute with a stamped image, another cut image or embellishment : )

Sweet Little Onesie!

I don't know about you, but I adore anything small... doesn't really matter what it is, it's just c.u.t.e.!!!  Little shoes or sandals are high on the list, but anything BABY is simply adorable :D

Did you grab the Onesie printable yet?  Below is a card I made using it!

The Onesie shape and digital papers are from Scrap Girls (love their stuff!)  The scalloped background I snagged from Bird's freebies.  I used my Cricut to cut it out.  I was impressed at how well it did cut - thanks Bird!!!  I love the embossed roses too (Cuttlebug).

I show you this angle so you can see that the Onesie by itself could have been made into a card by itself.  It even stands up alone... such a big Onesie lol!

Can you believe that I did absolutely NO coloring on this one?  It was nice for something different.  The ticket and sentiment is from Stampology, I believe I received the flower from Magnolia-licious and I have lots and lots of lace and ribbon in my stash :)

I've entered the following challenges:
Creative Inspirations - Anything Goes
Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes
Love to Create - Anything Goes
Paper Sundaes - Photo Inspiration
Simon Says - Bingo (Flowers. Lace, Ribbon)
The Poodles Parlour - Anything Goes

See you soon!

New Stamps Today!!!

Oh my!  The wind has been horrendous the last couple of days!  It is bone chilling - brrrrr....  Thank goodness for my little 'puppy' (he's actually 4) who loves to cuddle up on my lap while I craft or work on my computer.  He's the best heater!!!

I'm also working on another older computer after I deleted personal and unnecessary files... oops, I must have deleted something the computer needs to work properly cuz now it's not!!!  If it's not one thing, it's another!  Sigh...

On the bright side :D  :D  :D ...  Today is the fabulous Stocking Stuffer Release Odds and Ends Sampler by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD hop hop hop!  We have lots of inspiration and ADORABLE new stamps to show you today.  The wait is finally over - yay!!!  Each and every one of these cutie-pies are available TODAY - yippppeeeee!!!

You know the 'drill'...  If you've been hopping with us, you should have come from Donalda's blog.  If you'd like to start at the beginning, hop on over to see Danni.  So here's my contribution from the Ends Set, Designing Dreams by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD!

Do you love her as much as I do?  She's just so sweet with her adorable outfit and precious little kitten.  I wonder if her furry companion cuddles up in her lap to keep her warm???

I've colored Designing Dreams with the following copics:  Pants - E29 E27 E25 E13 E11 E00 E000; Pinks - R85 R83 R81 R000; Skin - E11 E00 E000 R20; Hair - E49 E59 E25 E53; Kitten - W3 W1 E00.  Stardust Stickles on her pocket, patches and pant cuffs.

All pearls are Viva Decor Opal Paper Pen.  Another ribbon snatched up at JoAnn's, as well as the beads.  Since I had the WO flowers out from my last card, I used them again here, but you can find flowers on SALE *Here* and *Here.*  FYI - Also on SALE are 6x6 paper pads *Here*

The metal corners were brads, but I cut those off and used glue instead.  Did you notice the 'brooch' in the upper left corner?  It's a little wonky... I cut it out from a Scrap Girls kit and put a coat of Viva Decor Transparent Gloss Gel on top so it would have an acrylic like coating.

Challenges Entered:
Anything Goes - #55 Decorative or Altered Corners
Bearly Mine - All My Favorite Things (roses, pink, cuteness galore!!)
Creative Craft - Free for All
Party Time Tuesdays - #44Anything Goes
Divas by Design - #16 Anything Goes
Freshly Brewed - #75 Fabric
Simon Says - Anything Goes
Do You Stack Up - #48 Ribbon
Pile It On - #48 Sugar and Spice

Your next stop is Dianne - yay!!!  She's sure to knock your socks off with her talent :D

Thank you for stopping by!

May God bless you, keep you and comfort your soul~
