Guess what Guess what? My son is having pizza with us tonight!!! I am SO EXCITED... but shhhhhhhh.... don't let him know LOL! I just gotta stay cooooool... ya know??? Since I worked so hard digging in the dirt yesterday (actually pulling weeds, but the dirt under my nails looks like I've been digging!) my body is very sore and I'm relieved to order pizza for dinner - yay!!!
I know it's been awhile since I've posted. I've been busy coloring up some BRAND NEW images from SCACD Stamp Co. Now I have a confession to make. The image I was going to show you today turned out awful - seriously. REALLY awful!!! I don't know what I was thinking... but there is NO WAY that you'll see it because I already threw it in the trash lol! With that said, and my conscience clear... I'm very excited to present to you Friendship Rose from SCACD Stamp Co.
Isn't she a cutie-pie? I love how her skirt mimics the petals of a rose - which just so happens to be my favorite flower : )
She's of course colored with copics: RV66 RV63 RV00 RV000; YG99 G94 G82 G40; E35 E34 YG21 YG20. After coloring her wings with RVxx I covered them with Viva Decor Transparent Gloss Gel and sprinkled Crystal Glamour Dust on top. You can see a hint of color, but lots of sparkle! Oh so sorry for the poor photo... you can't see the bling very well : ( The 3D circles on her skirt were done the same way. I believe I picked up the flower ribbon at JoAnn's and the sheer ribbon from Michael's. Those fabulous rhinestones can be found Here.
A quick shot of the inside reveals the ROSE that accompanies Friendship Rose. I used my nestabilities die to cut out a portion of the image which I layered on a strip of dp. Very very easy : )
